The base oils and additives in PACIFIC ROLL 6200 were carefully selected after extensive laboratory testing. This testing allowed PACIFIC to formulate a product with major advantages over more traditional rolling oils.
- PACIFIC ROLL 6200 has a heavy-duty additive package that allows greater reductions per pass. Oftentimes this means a strip can be rolled to final size with fewer passes.
- The above benefit has been achieved while holding the oil's viscosity to a minimum. This dramatically enhances surface finish.
PACIFIC ROLL 6200 was designed specifically for the rolling of stainless steel. It can, however, also be used with great effectiveness on a variety of other metals including titanium and alloys of copper.
