Description
Aminoethylethanolamine (AEEA; CAS 111-41-1) is a linear molecule with primary and secondary amine groups. AEEA appears as a colorless liquid, but with slightly higher viscosity than ethylenediamine (EDA) and diethylenetriamine (DETA). Aminoethylethanolamine is an amine with unique characteristics and is commonly used as an intermediate in the fabrication of detergents, fabric softeners, chelates, fuel additives and coatings.
