PACIFIC DRAW 365 is a versatile, concentrated liquid drawing and stamping compound designed for use in medium to heavy duty applications. It utilizes a new technology in synthetic lubrication to give good results in difficult applications. It is formulated to be chlorine-free.
The high lubricity lowers frictional heat, and improves die life. Parts formed with PACIFIC DRAW 365 are frequently cooler after drawing than they are when drawn with other oil or synthetic lubricants. The film left on the part after drawing will not interfere with welding operations as will oil base lubricants. It is used in many automotive applications. It passes ASTM D 1735 humidity corrosion testing. This product can be applied by brush, drip, roller, spray or flood. A dilution of 3-4:1 is frequently used for deep draws on 3/16" steel.
