Description
PACIFIC CLEAN 48 is a Machine Sump / Central system cleaner It is a product specially formulated to clean dirty metal workings systems. It works to clean grit, grime and kills bacteria at the same time. It provides a clean, contaminate free system ready for recharge with fresh coolant. It is low foaming - therefore suitable for individual machine sumps or central coolant systems.
Storage and Handling
PACIFIC CLEAN 48 has no special storage requirements other than it should not be stored at temperatures of 32 °F or less for extended periods of time. Should freezing occur, the temperature of the product should be brought back to room temperature and mixed prior to use. PACIFIC CLEAN 48 contains no phenol, nitrites, phosphates, heavy metals or their salts such as chromium, lead, zinc, or mercury. Since PACIFIC CLEAN 48 is alkaline, the only safety precautions necessary are the use of rubber gloves and a face shield or goggles when working with the concentrate. In case of skin contact, flush with water. In case of accidental contact with eyes, flush with water and contact a physician. Apart from the above, there are no special handling requirements associated with this product.
Disposability
Non-biodegradable soils must be removed from used solutions of PACIFIC CLEAN 48 prior to disposal. The pH of the solution may have to be adjusted downward to meet local requirements.
