Description
PACIFIC CLEAN 2000 is a heavy-duty caustic soak cleaner for ferrous metals. It incorporates a blend of surfactants that are stable in a high caustic solution, allowing them to maintain their effectiveness. A high tolerance for contamination provides for sustained cleaning power and longer tank life. This product was developed for strip cleaning applications.
How to use
PACIFIC CLEAN 2000 is designed to be used at 3% to 5% by volume at 100 °F to 160 °F. Extremely heavy soil loads may require higher concentrations. Safe for use on iron and steel. Not for use on aluminum, galvanize, zinc, copper alloys, and other soft metals.
Health and safety
PACIFIC CLEAN 2000 contains caustic. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. When handling, use rubber gloves and eye protection. Avoid contact with clothing. Should contact occur, flush skin with water; for eyes, flood with high amounts of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention.
