Description
PACIFIC RUSTNIL 400 is a premium general-purpose water-soluble oil. Manufactured from high quality base oils and containing no sulphur or chlorine, it displays excellent bio-resistance. It can be used in a wide array of metal working operations where a water-soluble coolant is required. PACIFIC RUSTNIL 400 is recommended in cutting and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals alike. It makes a very stable solution through a wide range of concentrations.
Mixing Instructions
- When charging up a system by hand, always add the coolant concentrate to water and agitate.
- For best results, a proportioner should be used.
- Since water evaporates from the coolant, the concentration will increase over time. To maintain the recommended concentration, makeup coolant should be premixed at half the % concentration as the initial fill.
