Description
PACIFIC QUENCH 4000 is a water based concrete form release paste which has been specially formulated with a lubricity additive. It replaces petroleum based grease as a release agent for hard to release areas using all types of forms. It is non-staining and produces excellent surface finishes. It is easy to apply, non-hazardous and is compliant with VOC limits.

Directions for use
PACIFIC QUENCH 4000 can be applied to steel, plastic, fiberglass and overlaid plywood forms in precast applications. Due to the high viscosity of the paste, it may not work well when sprayed. The paste may be thinned with a small amount of water. Mix well. Rinses off with water.
Form surfaces should be clean and free from contaminants to ensure optimum performance of the release agent. For best appearance on formed concrete surfaces, apply liberally using a brush or roller in areas where heavier release agents are required.
