PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX Grease is a blend of activated PTFE (Poly Tetra FluoroEthylene), other propriety additives and Lithium based water repellant grease, compatible with most existing lubricants. PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX can be used almost any greasing application to improve lubrication and reduce temperature and wear. PTFE is the slipperiest substance known to science which provides the lowest co-efficient of friction.
PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX Grease is a high temperature, high pressure, multipurpose grease with PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), and can be used in a vast verity of applications in Industries, Trucks/Trucks, Buses, Construction equipment/machineries etc. A multi-purpose Lithium Complex NLGI No.2 grease with extreme pressure, anti-corrosion and tacky additives. In PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX, PTFE particles are of sub-micron size and are finely dispersed. The PTFE content in the grease enhances the performance in the following manner:
- PTFE is solid lubricant which functions in the area of boundary lubrication.
- PTFE is the slipperiest substance known to mankind.
- PTFE exhibits the lowest co-efficient of friction known to science.
- PTFE is inert.
- PTFE enhances corrosion protection of friction surfaces.
- PTFE offers lower Co-efficient of friction than graphite or molybdenum disulphide.

How PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX work
The activated PTFE content in PACIFIC HIGH TEMP XX is inert and is NOT affected by, rust, water, corrosion, minerals, acids etc and is the slipperiest substance known to science which provides the lowest co-efficient of friction.
The activated PTFE forms an active protective film on all the metal surfaces, parts of the inner hub & bearing thereby giving protection to the metal surfaces, bearings and enhancing the lubrication by eliminating friction to near zero levels. (The film prevents direct metal to metal contact even with in the bearing) The friction is reduced to near zero levels and the bearing is completely protected from wear & tear.
