Hydraulic Oils

Description

PACIFIC FRH 68 is a premium grade HFDU hydraulic fluid, developed for use in industrial hydraulic systems, such as die casting machines, hydraulic forging presses and hammers, machines and drive systems in the mining industry and robot welding machines. This HFDU-type, water-glycol fluid is recommended as a replacement for mineral oil fluids wherever a major fire hazard exists. It has a typical water content of 36% and provides a high level of safety margin.

PACIFIC FRH 68 has been formulated to meet the current requirements of fire resistant hydraulic fluids and offers the following features:

  • Fire resistance
  • High water content (36%), ensuring extra safety margin
  • Enhanced anti-wear properties
  • Enhanced corrosion protection
  • Air release performance
  • Low foaming
  • Conformance to all the technical and toxicological flammability criteria of the Seventh Luxembourg Report
  • Conformance to British Coal Corporation testing

In addition to the standard Vickers vane pump test, PACIFIC FRH 68 has been tested in an extensive range of pumps, in collaboration with pump and equipment manufacturers.
