Drawing & Stamping

Description

PACIFIC DRAW 220 is a water soluble, non-chlorinated drawing lubricant that can be used as supplied for severe stamping operations. For less severe applications, PACIFIC DRAW 220 can be diluted with water at ratios from 1:1 to 10:1. This versatile product can be applied on either ferrous or non-ferrous metals and will give excellent long-term indoor rust protection.

PACIFIC DRAW 220 is ideally suited for severe drawing operations such as: cross members, heavy brackets, and difficult valve covers. It dries to an oily, non-tacky film, and is easily removed with warm water. It has a unique surfactant package that ensures excellent wetting on all metal surfaces, including those surfaces that have been previously coated with mill oil.

Because of its ability to cling to the metal surface, PACIFIC DRAW 220 will not "bead up" and roll off of the metal surface. This minimizes house-cleaning issues and maximizes the lubricant's effectiveness. PACIFIC DRAW 220 can be applied by spray, roll, or dripped at the press.
