PACIFIC CUTEDGE HNF Series are Heavy Duty Neat Cutting Oils for Universal Application. These are high performance neat cutting oils based on premium quality hydro-cracked base oils and fortified with a balanced combination of EP additives including chlorine and non-active sulphur compounds, lubricity improvers, antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
PACIFIC CUTEDGE HNF Series are clear & nearly transparent, sulphur inactive neat cutting fluids which are effective even when used in older machines and in conditions where contamination with hydraulic / lubricating oils is inevitable. They include medium to high viscosity cutting oils for machining on small capacity automats as well as for use in high speed nut forming machines.
- Suitable for cutting operations under extreme pressure conditions at low / medium temperatures and with high feed rate, under low speed.
- Acceptable odor and good skin compatibility.
- Non-corrosive and non-staining to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Facilitate improved surface finish and extend tool and die life.
- Resist objectionable oil misting and are ideal for product rationalisation.
